Welcome to BAMBOO'S MARTINI BAR!!!!! Located in the scenic Fishhawk Ranch, we are your Neighborhood Martini Bar.  But even if you don't live here in Fishhawk, we welcome everyone with open arms (and lots of seating!). We specialize in having a good time, with an extensive beer, wine and liquor list, you are sure to find a new favorite cocktail and our friendly staff is prompt and cordial (you may even get them to do a little dance if you ask nicely :o).

Bamboo's can easily accommodate large groups with a 150-guest capacity or 100-guest seating for receptions and fundraisers in an upscale, tropical atmosphere.  Give us a call if you'd like to use our space for your good time. All you have to do is bring in the food and decorations, and we'll do all of the set-up and, more importantly, ALL THE CLEAN-UP!!

We offer a great sound system, 5 TV's for special sporting events,  a TouchTunes jukebox with over 400,000 of your favorite songs, Megatouch, Golden Tee Live, Silver Strike Bowling and darts!!!!  Also, every night we offer something different to enjoy.  Monday Night is Service Industry Night where all restaurant and bar employees receive a 20% discount on their ENTIRE tab with proof of employment.  Tuesday is Karaoke Night with Sasha, come in and stretch those vocal chords, or just escape the daily grind by slipping into to shoes of your favorite recording artist.  Wednesday is our ALL NEW Game Night, featuring tournaments for Golden Tee Live, SilverStrike Bowling and darts, where you can win lots of swag and bartabs.  Registration begins at 7:30 and tournaments start at 8pm.  Thursday is Ladies Night, with 2 for 1 drinks for the ladies all night, and live acoustic music from our talented pool of cute musicians.  Friday and Saturday are ALL NEW too!  You never know what you're going to get with our all new Theme Nights.  From reggae to jazz, and latin to our Parrothead parties, our theme nights rotate Fridays and Saturdays.  AND for all of you who come out for our Saturday Night Dance Party with DJ Cal, don't fret... he's here every other Saturday night.  Sundays are usually reserved for watching the game or race, but we are working on adding a COMEDY NIGHT to the Sunday night line-up and don't forget, it is our usual BEER PONG night!  Please e-mail us if that is something that interests you.  Your input really does help us to gauge the desires of our patrons.  So don't be afraid to drop us an email (which is now working) and let us know of any ideas, music preferences or suggestions that you may have.  We really do try to have a little something for everyone.
